USSA Tactical Handgun 210  - May 15 & 16

This is USSA’s cornerstone handgun fighting course which serves as the foundation for all tactical handgun series courses. Because this is a moderately paced course any individuals with little or no experience with a handgun are strongly encouraged to first attend our Introduction to Marksmanship course. Successful completion of 210 is required before progressing to USSA Tactical Handgun 211.

Be advised that this is much more than a shooting course.
It is a fighting course with emphasis on using a handgun!

This course will take the students current skill and build upon it. Students will be extensively drilled in the critical weapon handling techniques to build the subconscious skills necessary to effectively engage a threat with extreme speed and accuracy. Mental aspects of the course will stress inoculation to violence and the development of a winning and survival attitude. Just a few of the critical elements included in this class:

• Proper grip, stance, sight and trigger management

• High performance weapon manipulations

• Threat identification and acquisition

• Proper threat engagement process

• Failure drills

• Strong and support hand shooting positions
